Kenn has practiced law on behalf of clients since 1983 concentrating his practice in estate planning, tax, probate and business matters.  Kenn frequently appears before state courts concerning probate and business law matters and federal courts concerning tax matters.  Kenn has extensive experience in contract negotiations and preparation of agreements concerning the purchase and sale of businesses.

Kenn received his undergraduate degree from Seton Hall University in 1979.  He received his J.D. law degree from Boston University School of Law in 1982 and a Masters of Law Degree in Taxation (L.L.M. Tax) from New York University in 1985.  Kenn has practiced in the corporate tax/estate planning departments of two of the larger law firms in the State of New Jersey.  Kenn was also a law clerk for the Honorable Paul B. Thompson, J.S.C. from 1982 to 1983.

Kenn has extensive experience in all phases of tax law and related areas which include sophisticated estate and business planning, estate and trust administration, transactional matters, mergers and acquisitions, probate law, contested probate matters, Medicaid Planning, Elder Law, corporate and partnership tax planning, corporate law, general business law and estate planning for clients and beneficiaries with disabilities. 

Kenn is a member of the New Jersey Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court and the United States District Court.  He is also a member of the Essex County Bar Association, the Estate Planning Council of Northern New Jersey and the Essex County Estate Planning Council.
